Yusuf brings over 30 years of experience in global markets, having held leadership roles in fixed income, equities, and commodities across sales structuring, trading, and investment positions in major financial hubs including New York, London, Hong Kong, and now Dubai.
Previously, Yusuf dedicated 20 years to Goldman Sachs, where he began in New York and then extended to London and Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, he led the firm's Asia Pacific Sales, Trading, and Investing Businesses. He then became Co-President for the region and a member of the firm’s Global Management Committee. Yusuf was the first Arab to ever get promoted to the firm’s Global Management Committee, which he joined in 2011.
Yusuf was also the first-ever Arab Partner in Goldman Sachs’ history (in 2004).

Prior to ARP Digital BH, Abdulaziz was the regional director for Amber Group’s business in the MENA region. Abdulaziz was responsible for developing and executing the Firm’s commercial objectives in the region including entire client coverage, product prioritization and development, as well as regulatory delivery oversight. Prior to Amber Group, Abdulaziz worked in various Venture Capital Funds in New York and Dubai Palm Drive Capital and BECO Capital.
Abdulaziz holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University and a MS from Columbia University.
Prior to ARP Digital, Abdulaziz was the regional director for Amber Group’s business in MENA. Abdulaziz was responsible for developing and executing the Firm’s regional strategy including client coverage, product development, and regulatory development.
Prior to Amber Group, Abdulaziz worked in various Venture Capital Funds in New York and Dubai including Fin Capital, Palm Drive Capital, and BECO Capital.

Abdulla was responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction of the MENA business along with overseeing the regional regulatory efforts.

Dr. Kavvathas is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in global financial markets. Dr Kavvathas began his career in Goldman Sachs where he served a prominent 12-year term as Managing Director and Partner at Goldman Sachs in London. He later moved to Hong Kong in 2009 to co-lead the Asia Pacific Securities Division Distribution. In this role, he contributed to pivotal committees including the Global Firmwide New Activities Committee and the Global Asset and Liability Committee. Dr. Kavvathas also held positions on the board of Goldman Sachs, Asia LLC.
Following his departure from Goldman Sachs in 2013, Dr. Kavvathas held various leadership roles where he served as an adjunct professor at the University of Hong Kong, The Head of Global Markets, Asia Pacific at VTB Capital, the co-head of Financial Services at Noble Group, and CIO at Harmony Advisors Ltd., a Hong Kong-based asset management firm. Additionally, Dr. Kavvathas co-founded and led Nomisma Holdings Pte. Ltd, a decentralized derivatives trading protocol, which is focused on regulated trading infrastructure.
